How to tell us that something on Fizzy Jar uses your work without permission, and what happens next.

How to tell us
Use the report page. Say it's about your work, what the work is, where it appears on Fizzy Jar, and how to reach you.
Report somethingWhat we do
We read every report. We can hide a product while we look into it, and we email the seller the reason.
If your product was reported
If your product is hidden after a report, we email you the reason. Reply within 14 days with anything that shows you can sell it, such as a licence or proof you made it. We put the product back if the report doesn't hold up or is withdrawn. If you don't reply, it stays hidden.
Formal notices
A formal notice should name the work and who owns it, give the link to where it appears on Fizzy Jar, say that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised and that your notice is accurate, and include your name, contact details and signature. Send it to hello@fizzyjar.com. We aim to act within two working days.
Repeat problems
A seller with three upheld reports against them has their store closed.
